Prosecuting Attorney Katherine J. Zartman, the Assistant Prosecutors, and the staff of the Williams County Prosecutor's Office are dedicated to working with law enforcement to ensure the safety and security of the citizens of Williams County. Our Office is primarily responsible for prosecuting felony criminal cases, pursuing goals of punishing and rehabilitating offenders, protecting the community, and seeking justice for victims.
We strive to operate the Prosecutor's office in a fiscally responsible and efficient manner, while providing the highest quality of prosecution on criminal matters and legal representation on civil matters.
